Doane House Hospice raises funds through a variety of programs in order to provide services to individuals living with life-threatening illnesses and their families. As a not-for-profit organization, Doane House Hospice relies on the generosity and support of people throughout the community to fund 75% of its annual program costs. Your financial contributions provide vital support for services that are not funded through other sources.

Becoming a monthly donor to Doane House Hospice is an easy way for you to provide financial support and show your ongoing dedication toward helping Doane House Hospice continue to deliver quality programs and services.

Doane House Hospice runs a Direct Mail Program that provides our current and potential donors with several opportunities throughout the year to support our organization. Through our holiday and spring campaigns and three issues of our newsletter, we offer our donors a number of chances to give, so that they can donate at the time of year that is best for them.

Suggested donation levels are guidelines only; Doane House Hospice is grateful for donations at all levels of giving ability.

By making a memorial donation to Doane House Hospice, you are not only giving a gift of remembrance of a special person, you are helping to provide quality programs and services to individuals living with life-threatening illnesses, and their families.

At your request, we will send notification of the gift to the family, though amounts are never disclosed.

Doane House Hospice hosts a number of fundraising events throughout the year, including a fashion show, golf tournament and wine and food celebration. Community events are those created, managed and run by various businesses, individuals, groups and service clubs for the benefit of Doane House Hospice. Holding a community event is a wonderful way to show your support for compassionate hospice care in our community. Ideas include a golf tournament, raffle, walk-a-thon, car wash, BBQ, just to name a few.
