DHH is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life through the provision of non-medical support for those affected by or caring for an individual with a life-threatening illness, as well as bereavement support.

Doane House Hospice in Newmarket offers Mariposa Art Club, an art program for elementary students in York Region who are grieving the death of someone important in their lives.

This program provides a safe and supportive space where children can express their grief through art, learn healthy coping strategies, and connect with others through shared experience and peer support.
